neck strap. Quick release panic snaps on hock straps
with pulley center. Heavy steel hardware. Complete set as
shown (less the plastic horse).
Note: Sometimes these come in
with the rope clamped to the quick release snaps.
Apparently the people assembling them sometimes forget
(actually I'm betting they have never seen a horse up
close) that the rope sometimes has to be adjustable. To make the
rope adjustable, if desired, simply snip off one (or
both) of the clamps and tie the rope to the snap in the
knot of your choice.
